Normally there is no pain after masturbation. I will like to know that what is the cause of pain since the age of six that you have. I will advise you to change the style of masturbation and also decrease the frequency of masturbation, this will probably decrease the pain. I also will advise you increase the amount of water intake.
Last but not least if you still feel pain you should get an USG done to assess any abdominal abnormality.
