How To Get Rid From Bumps Behind Ears?

I get bumps behind my ears If i try to pop them they will get huge like the the size of a grape they never come to a head and yellow stuff comes out of them they havebeen there for years they come and go I think it is some type of fungas maybe trichophyton tonsurans fungus idk I need to get rid of them now my head breaks out with bumps all over it they dont get really big the same looking stuff come out of them

You seem to have just an infected sebacious cyst and not any fungus. In any case the only way to treat them would be to first seek an ENT consult and then get a biopsy if needed
