How To Get Pregnant?
I have got married on 29th April/2007. I got pregnant on August but missed after three month, till date could not get pregnant. I have undergone various treatment no any major fault has been detected. please advise me what I can do since I am now frustrated

You will need to rule out tubal block, endometriosis, polycystic ovaries, fibroids etc. and your husband will need to have a semen analysis done to see if every thing is perfect. If all investigations prove normal, them it is a matter of time only. Time your intercourse between 12th to 18th day of menstrual cycle, when the possibility of getting pregnant is highest, in a person with regular periods.
