I am 33 year old woman married (5y)ago I've got an ectopic pregnancy 7 months after marriage (it was my first & only pregnancy) My complaint is after the operation by 2 months i feel a periodic pain (around the ovulation) at the right iliac fossa sever intensenty in form of crisis relieved by defecation & urination & warming of the region of pain. CT scan pelvic was done (April 2010):enlargement of the right ovary (4.5cm) my question is:what further management must be done to relieve my pain totally and get pregnant NB my husband 34y old man History of G6PD deficiency spermiogram is as following done 20-12-2010: liquifqction more than 3 hours nb. 135million activity 50%active 5% sluggish 45% immobile after 3h 30% active 5% sluggish 65%inactive
hello.around ovulation..pain occurs.but ur pain is severe..u can doppler as well.to check if any twisting...u can further evaluate this report..serum tsh and serum prolactin..then do follicular study after taking siphene...do iui after follicle size increases to 18mm..u can do hsg on day 18th to check the patency of your tube which is not operated...consult your nearby infertility specialist...for the above...
