I am 33 year old woman married (5y)ago I've got an ectopic pregnancy 7 months after marriage (it was my first & only pregnancy)
My complaint is after the operation by 2 months i feel a periodic pain (around the ovulation) at the right iliac fossa sever intensenty in form of crisis relieved by defecation & urination & warming of the region of pain.
CT scan pelvic was done (April 2010):enlargement of the right ovary (4.5cm)
my question is:what further management must be done to relieve my pain totally and get pregnant
NB my husband 34y old man History of G6PD deficiency

after 3h 30% active
5% sluggish
