How To Get Periods Early?

Hello Mam/sir, I wanted to prepone my periods by 7-8 days, Is it possible to prepone the periods? My regular cycle is 30 days and the period generally starts on 14th of every month. I have never used any medicine to prepone or postpone the periods in the past. So, I just want to know the medicine to prepone, its dosage and when can I start to take that?? And is it safe??

You should not try to change your period if it is not incredibly important, because this can affect the regularity of your period. Period cannot be proponed. But you can postpone your period by taking medroxyprogesterone 5 mg twice daily. You should start 5 days before your expected date of bleeding and continue it for 10 days or until desired. Bleeding will not occur until you stop medroxyprogesterone. When you will stop it, bleeding will start within one week of stoppage.
Thanks
