hi sir I will study well in studies now i am doing my graduation degree but now a days i am getting distract by watching bad videos. Not able to concentrate on studies. Always willing in search of these bad videos So i am getting stress. Not able to concentrate on my studies. My percentage is decreasing. PLEASE HELP.
