How To Get Over The Constant Headaches That Are Occurring After Suffering From Psychosis ?

I suffered from psychosis 6 months before and was put on 2 mg of risperidone. Now i suffer from mild headaches which occurs when i do thinking tasks. When i am relaxed, i have no headaches. These headaches interfer with my daily working. I am software programmer and feel tired and exhausted due to these mild headaches. Headaches are not severe enough to take pain killer medicines. They are tolerable, but yet disturbing.

Hello there!
if the headaches are tolerable and not enough for medicines then i appreciate your thoughts.
Modify dietary triggers for Migranous headaches and you will feel the difference

Alcohol - Particularly wine and beer
Caffeine overuse or caffeine withdrawal
Chocolate
Aspartame - eg, NutraSweet and Equal
Monosodium glutamate (MSG) - May be found in Asian food, canned soup, frozen or processed foods, and the seasoning product Accent
Fruits - Citrus fruits, bananas, avocados, and dried fruit
Nuts - Peanuts, soy nuts, and soy sauce
Tyramine, a biogenic amine that accumulates in food as it ages, may provoke migraine. Sources include the following:

Dairy - Aged cheese
Meat - Bacon, sausage, luncheon meat, deli meat, pepperoni, and smoked or cured meat
Pickled foods
Heavily yeasted breads - Eg, sourdough
Vinegars - Especially wine vinegar
Some types of beans

do as directed and see the magic

good luck
