How To Get Original White Complexion Back?

my legs are white but my face is dark and my arms are evenmore darker .for two years i went to tutions but never covered my face or applied sunscreen in day time...but now on the advice of my elder sister i am using a cream of garnier .my mother doesnot allow me to use much products on my face except facewash as i am only 16 ..so please help me .....

Hi. Thanks for posting your concern at HCM

I would keep a possibility of tanning due to excessive sun exposure.

I would advice my patients with sun induced tanning to use a Broad Spectrum sunscreen with both UV A and UV B through out the day.

In addition to the sunscreen usage of umbrellas, scarfs etc as a general sun protective behavior helps

A skin lightening cream at night containing one or more of the following ingredients like kojic acid, glycolic acid, arbutin, tetrahydrocurcumin, magnesium ascorbyl phosphate OR liquorice extract etc would help in decreasing tan gradually
