How To Get My Dad's BP Down?

sir my dad is a patient of polycytimia vera and also a high blood pressure patient. he is on acitrom from last 1 year as he has portal vein thrombosis. his pt inr is 23 after taking acitrom 6 mg and 4 mg on on alternate days. wht is the treatment to bring bp down

From my experience one of the best methods of decreasing BP is to decrease the salt levels in food or eliminating it all together,Use alternative salts like potassium chloride insted of sodium chloride,it is called no salt or salt alternate.
