How To Get More Energetic?

hi my name is ruth, and i want to know ways to be more energetic like i used to be before, i do have a little of anemia now and i have been taking my medicine but i still feel tire and lazy most of the time, i dont know if the stress of school has anything to do with it

Hi, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.

Easy fatigue, tiredness, laziness are classic symptoms of anemia. You are already on medication. It takes a minimum of 3-4 months for recovering. Give some time and see.
Stress in work also can be a reason. Try to exercise like walking daily in the morning or try out yoga. Eat healthy. avoid junk foods. Go for high fibre, green leafy vegetables. avoid simple sugars.
