Firstly donot carry your problems to bed.Before bed time write down pressing concerns along with possible solutions.Secondly make it a habit to try and get to bed at the same time to develop a body clock and sleep time ritual.Reguler wake up times and bedtimes and work hours help to synchronise body rythms .Donot watch tv for an hour before bed.Drinking warm milk also helps.Donot go hunger to bed.Switch off bright lights,phone lie flat on your back, arms relaxed as in shavasana.Try yogic nidra.However if your suffering from
depression it would be better to meet a counselor.Hope this helps.
