How To Get A Flat Tummy?

I m 25 years old Female My marriage has been fixed 9 december 2012 but In my stomach area lot of fat its looks uguly when i wear saree of low waist jeans..Plz suggest me How can i get a flat tummy..Hope u'll nt disappoint to me and give me yr kind support ..

I have gone through your query.You dont need to worry.There is solution for your flat tummy.You can do that by exercise and dieting.You should do exercise for upper lower and side abs regularly.You can do skipping also.Cut down all fatty and sweetened foods like ice cream cakes laddu etc.Take fresh fruits and green tea.Dont skip breakfast.Add more fibre to your diet.Rye bread is good for that.Drink more plain water and avoid soft drinks and colas.Don,t take stress and anxiety.There are other invasive methods like liposuction.But it is better to try this.You will attain the goal.Hope this may help you.
