How To Gain Weight?

Hi, im 20 years old and i m just 114 pounds, 5 feet 7 height, recently i just do some lifting with dumbbell and make my hand s muscle stronger, but it does not increase my weight, rather, iit decrease my weight, do u have any idea how to get more weight healthily?

I am so sorry to hear about this difficulty putting on more weight. Do you eat well and enough? are there any other conditions of concern that you may want us to know about? It would require examination to understand what the possible causes of low weight gain are so as to help address them. In the mean time, eating healthy and exercising often would be helpful;.
