How To Gain Weight Normally?

This is Tony 36 years old man but my weight is just 52kg. i don't have any sick in my body but for long time my weight does not increase. everyday i am doing some exercise and having the protein meals.

please can you advise me that how can gain the weight according to my age?

If the exercise is aerobic then it would either help to maintain your present weight or help with weight loss.
You would need to do strength training.

Remember activity tends to promote weight loss.

In terms of diet- persons who are trying to lose weight decrease their calories so if you are trying to gain, you need to increase your calories.
This means: (1) increasing portion sizes,
(2)increasing the frequency of meals,
(3)increasing the caloric value of meals
