I am 14 and I only weigh 84.5 lbs and I am 5 0 tall and I am wondering am I underweight. And can I eat a diet or something to help me grow tall and pack on some weight I want to be about 110 and taller than I am can I do anything other than just eat more? Avoid or reduce junk food, eat natural food more which should contain protein, fat and carbohydrates in proper levels.
