How To Ensure Natural Severing Of Frenulum Breve?
Arriving at 30 I'm a virgin who's been advised by my father that my frenelum breve will naturally sever through sex like his did (in his teens).. I have nail clippers beside me now - with no real likelyhood of sex in the near future can I sort my problem out? Also as a side issue (not sure if has any relation to frenulum breve) but I don't seem to take after him in the pants department - he calls himself short but my penis can drastically fluctuate from 7 inches erect to just over 5 inches erect (typically) and from (again typically) 1 1/2 inches to 3 inches flacid. I've not been overly fixated considering I don't have a sex life but I'm certainly not at ease with this either. I can pull my foreskin behind my gland when erect but there can be a tendancy for my foreskin to get trapped behind my gland. Thanks for your advise.

Read and reviewed query.
Based on facts of your query, You seem to suffer from-
Occassional Partial / Reducible Paraphimosis with Frenulum Breve.
You have normal penile structure.But with frenulum breve, full foreskin retraction is not possible and could cause Paraphimosis and emergency for Surgical treatment- which is a risk in your case.
I would suggest natural gradual release with steroid / antibiotic cream over 3-6 weeks treatment,where by you could avoid Surgical Correction -either by Frenuloplasty / or By Circumcission as the case may be.
Don't worry for all this. Act like suggested.
