Hello,
You may take medication to relieve the infection under the surveillance of your consultant; since you are term, the medication is effectively safe and since it is needed to be used. Please do not douche as it can be harmful to the baby; instead, use a mild antiseptic lotion to gently wash the genital region. Albendazole in a single dose or in repeated doses, usually cures the condition. Please get the necessary prescription from your consultant. Wish you safe motherhood.
