Hi, I have gone through your question. Tightness of the abdomen at 7 months pregnancy can be due to Braxton hicks contractions, and they are not associated with pain. there is early satiety in advanced pregnancy because of the uterine pressure on the stomach.
Sharp pains off and on in the abdomen can be due to ligament stretch in pregnancy and is more pronounced while prolonged sitting or standing.
I would suggest you to do antenatal exercises, eat several small meals, avoid heavy meals and do not lie immediately after eating.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
