Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

Implantation bleeding occurs 7-10 days after conceiving which is a week before your next expected period. Means it would occurs approximately on 20-21 days after last menstruation bleeding & not after a 28 day or month gap. Implantation bleeding is pinkish red in colour & lighter in quantity. It lasts for only 2-3 days as compared to 4-7 days as in a menstruation period. Also pregnancy test becomes positive within a week or so after implantation bleeding.
As your pregnancy test was negative the bleeding you had should not be implantation bleeding. Pregnancy test can be negative if a pregnancy test is done very earlier or before your next menstruation period. You could do a pregnancy test to re confirm it.
