Hi Doctor, My name is Augustine from Papua New Guinea. I was married for three years without a child. The woman that I marry had a child in her past marriage, but without a child after the three years with me (current)I was worried and thought I must be the one having difficulties. I once had siphiles back 15 years and Iam scared that might affect my sperm reproductive system.Is there any possibilities, please help me, I need kids to love and care.......

To check the fertility in men and physical examination is needed to rule out structural and hormonal conditions that may favor infertility and also a semen analysis to evaluate the sperm cells (number, motility, structure, etc).
On the other hand, infertility is generally considered a condition of the couple, thus even though your wife has had children previously if your examinations are normal, she will need to have tests and examinations as well.
