How To Determine Pregnancy Length?

Hi i tested positive about 3 to weeks ago with a home pregnacy test. I went to the Dr maybe a week or two after and i just recieved my results. I was wondering if you may help me with knowing how far i am ? I feel as though i may be more but i dont know yet and the Dr did not book me untill next month for my first ultrasound. My last period was April 18 2015, and my result reads as follow 31378 miu/ml?

You must have got pregnant around may 2 nd. Do not worry about the week of pregnancy. Take your vitamin tablets regularly and take a healthy and nutritious diet. In case of any problem do not hesitate to consult a near by doctor.
