How To Determine Ovulation Period?

Hi ,
My Name is Brianna and me and my husband were trying to have a baby . But we done everything we can , but I missed one thing and that' was my ovualtion . I don't know what to do , it's my first time . I need help , when can I tell it's my ovualtion .? Or calculate it .?

Hi,
I can understand your concerns. Your ovulation is always 14 days before your periods. That mean if you had periods on 28th of a month you ovulated on 14th of that month. So if your periods are regular then you can calculate it for the next month .Also there are other tests like a sonography of ovaries called follicular study where you can see the ovulation and also nowadays there is a new home test called LH strips which can tell you the day of your ovulation . The instructions on how to use it & how to read the test is given on the Kit Box. For any further queries feel free to contact us
