How To Determine Ovulation Date?

Hello My periods don t come on the same dates . +/- 2days.in October I got it on 27th.innovember on 25th.i took primolut n from 19th November to 29 th . Twice a day. Got my periods today ie 3 rd December.plz tell me what would my ovulation dates in December? Is it safe to conceive in this month itself after taking primolut n last month?

Welcome to HCM and thanks for asking your question...
I would like to tell you that ovulation normally occurs at about 14th day of a regular 28 day cycle...but if cycle is irregular, then its very difficult to tell the exact date of ovulation...vaginal temperature gets slightly high during ovulation due to LH surge, so you can check it regularly...
As you had taken primolut to delay periods, it will take a month or so to regularize your cycle....but othetwise from 12th to 17th day of your cycle, ovulation can occur...
And its absolutely safe to conceive after taking primolut, it will not affect your pregnancy or fetus in any means..
