How To Determine If Joint Pain Is From Valley Fever Or Arthritis?
I have diseminated valley fever. Was diagnosed in june last year. Started fluconazole 400mg in october. My hip and knee have become very painful. I was walking 4 mile daily and riding 10 miles daily for several years until june 2016. Now right hip and knee prevent any of this. Titer went from 1:2 to 1:64 since oct 2016. How can i detrrmine if joint pain is from valley fever or arthritis? Pulmonolgist just raise medication to 600mg daily.
