How To Detect Pregnancy?
I was two weeks late for my period and had other symptoms of being pregnant like nausea. my periods are always on time or if anything early. I hadn't done a test yet. But I just found blood in my underwear unlike period blood. It was dark and really thick. What could this be?

I understand your concern
Delayed period by the 2 week is not normal.
High chance of pregnancy if you had unprotected sexual intercourse during the fertile phase of the cycle.
Bleeding may be implantation bleeding that occur just like spotting around the time of period and associated with mild cramps.
I would suggest to go for home pregnancy test and or blood HCG to confirm the pregnancy.
Both will give positive result after 14 days of delayed period.
If pregnancy test will be negative then other cause of delayed period like excessive stress, hormonal imbalance, ovarian cyst/PCOS, endometriosis should be rule out by consulting the gynecologist.
In absence of pregnancy, period can be induced by the prescribed progesterone pill.
