How To Detect And Treat Gonorrhea?

I think I have gonorrhea :(?
I have been recently reading about STDs, I read through some diseases and everything was alright, until I read about gonorrhea. The thing is that they say that discharges in a male occur when he has gonorrhea, and I bean to think about it and I do have some discharges! They are not painful though, but I am still concerned because I don't know if it is normal for a male to have discharges! They also said that they are colorless and sometimes cloudy or white, I have this? Is it semen? Is it pre-cum?

The other thing is that they said that a burning sensation when urinating is another symptom of gonorrhea, and when I pee, I don't feel any burning sensations, I just feel that the urine that passes through my penis is warm! But I don't know whether it is normal or not! If I recall I have had this warm sensation all my life, have I had gonorrhea all my life? I'm scared, and I am afraid of telling my parents because they might just freak out, and we also are in a very hard economical situation right now.

Please I need help!!! Please don't be mean, this is one of the few places I can ask for help!

Hello,
thanks for using health care magic

It is normal to read things up and thing you are suffering from them.
Gonorrhea as you rightly said presents with discharges and accompanied by pains while urinating.

Discharges in young men when not associated with pains, nor abundant could be normal discharges arising from sexual arousal or wet dreams.

If it is not abundant and not constant, you do not need to worry, otherwise, you need to see a doctor and do a urethral smear test.

Best regards
Dr Achuo
