Hairfall can be due to many reasons like deficiency of vitamins and minerals;anaemia and iron deficiency;thyroid problems;after fevers like typhoid;malaria aopecia aerata and telogen effluvium;dandruff etc and in males it is a androgenic alopacia or male pattern baldness which is a hormonal problem and difficult to treat.First it is important to find the cause and then hair fall can be treated. Please consult a Dermatologist (skin specialist) he will help you by identifying your problem and will prescribe medicine which will be necessary for stopping the hair loss.
