How To Deal With The Unsettling Dreams And The Related Sleep Disorders?

hello, for a few days my sleep has been a little akward, I don't have nigtmares, simply unsettling dreams but when I wake up, my head feels heavy. Why is this happening and what should I do? (I am also lightly medicated with ephexor due to stress disorder.)

Hello
Welcome here.

Effexor can cause such symptoms. If you have just began with effexor, these symptoms will settle down in 1-2 weeks.

If you have been taking effexor since sometime and these symptoms are new to develop, benzodiazepine drugs (prescription drugs) like clonazepam or lorazepam will help you in this.

The heaviness in head is due to incomplete due to unsettling dreams.

If the problem still persist, you can consult your psychiatrist.

Hope this helps.
Thanks
