How to deal with the rapid weight loss after TBI?

i suffered a tbi brain injury in 2005 and have seizures from time to time, and no insurance currently over the last month they were pretty bad i lost 30 pounds in like 3 weeks i had hundreds i am feeling pretty good now and have not had any seizures in a couple of weeks now ... i was pretty week for a bit but i am eating again but my hands started swelling my blood pressure is good... i know the rapid weight loss is not good what is the best treatment for this ice, maybe a little salt elivate let me know
