How To Deal With Back And Chest Pain?

Hello,my doctor a year ago stated that my upper back pain and chest pain was caused by poor ergonomics. I had blood work done, EKG and a chest xray.Unfortunately I still sit poorly and the same pain is there, can this cause permanent damage? Just to clarify the chest pain is still mild, stops when I m moving around and is near the breast bone.

Hi,

You are right, this if not treated timely will cause permanent damage to your body including vertebrae and lungs etc.

Chest pain may be due to wrong sitting posture also as in your case if EKG is normal.

Do aerobics daily, jogging or morning walk.

Have balanced diet.

I hope it helps.

Thanks.

Dr.Singh.
