How To Deal With A Fussy Eating Toddler?

My son is 15 months old. The past 2 weeks he won t eat at all, unless it s forcefully shoved down his throat ( I know that sounds bad.) His normal doctor didn t run any test, he just said it was normal and sent me home. The first week, he would just scream and cry and force the food back out of his mouth then roll over and go to sleep. I thought it was teething, so I would give him baby orjel and then try again with no results. This past week he started to act like he was sick, turns out that was Allergies. So I treated him for that, but now he refuses to eat or drink what so ever, hes just screaming and throwing what ever it is out of his mouth. I ve tried chicken brother to see if anything was there, nothing. I ve tried all of his favorite foods and drinks, nothing. He won t play--he just wants to sleep. He can walk, eat solids and more. Besides this he s a normal every day toddler. He has lost quite a bit of weight because of this, I can now feel his back bone and his ribs a bit when before I couldn t. I m so lost and don t know what to do. No matter where I go I m told it s normal and just a growth spurt they go through
