How To Cure White Patches Noticed On Left Elbow?

hai Doctor, this is ashok..in my left hand under the elbow region there i can see a small round shapped white dry patch and in the other hand elbow likewise in the left hand elbow 2 to 3 number of white patches are there but these are tiny . i would like to know what kind of rash or what i dont know. does it will harm me or it wil spread to other regions ? what treatment should i take ? please help me !!!

It appears to be psoriasis. stress and strain also play a role in it manage to reduce stress level may use pregmatar ointment. you will get good result.
