How To Cure Wheezing Permanently In Children?

My son 3 year s old he is suffering from wheezing problem since he was 7months baby he often get this problem every 15days giving nebulization is safe for and do you have any permanent solution to this problem he is getting weak day by day please suggest.

Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
The cure depends on the cause.
If it is due to bronchilitis or foreign body cure is possible.
If it is due to Asthma there is no cure, only relief for a prolonged periods with steroid or beta agonist inhalers or nebulisation is possible.
Spontaneous recovery may occur in some case when they become adults.
