Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Cosmelite cream contains a combination or Tretinoin+Hydroquinone +Mometasone Furoate..
Mometasone is a steroid and initially steroid creams can give good results by skin lightening but long term use has severe side effects like skin thinning, increased pigmentation, inflammation, photosensitivity, pimples, excess hair growth on face and dilated veins under the skin..
Thesymptoms you are experiencing are all due to it..
You should completely stop using the cream and should keep patience as gradually the skin will improve..
You should do cool compresses over the face as well as wash face with cool water..
You can apply cooled aloevera gel for lubrication of skin and avoid all kind or creams and cosmetics..
You should not exposure your face to sun as Photosensitivity effect can further darken your face..Once the skin start getting normal that is redness is reduced you can start washing face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash..
You can apply creams containing Kojic acid, Glycolic acid and arbutin..
You can apply Vitamin E gel at night..
Teatree oil and grapeseed extract containing creams are very effective in reducing dark undereye circles..
Do cool compresses over the eyes to soothe them and improve blood flow..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week..
You can take Vitamin C supplements..
Apply sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
