How To Cure Tingling Pain At The Tip Of The Penis?

Hi am having a tingling and pain at the tip of my penis, this started 4 weeks ago. I went to the hospital for medication and was given ceftriaxone injection and lavebactor 750mg for 7 days after urinalysis results turned NAD while the urethral swab had 8-10 pus cells hpf.

Based on the facts of your query, you should consider following causes for your complaints and sufferings-
In the given scenario-I would suggest to -
Re-Consult Urologist on this.
Check for the Culture of the discharge from penile tip.
I would suggest you to continue-for 7 days more on the given antibiotics.
and retest for the discharge for pus cells and continue this for 7 days more if need be.
-Take Plenty of fluids -3-4 litters a day
-Tab Chymoral Forte- 1 x 3 times a day to improve reach of the antibiotic actions.
Tab Zincovit-to recoup general condition.
Inj.Vit B12-1000 mcg daily x 2 weeks +Folic acid-50 mg daily x 2 weeks to cover for the bonemarrow antibiotic effects.
Sufficient rest.(br>Hope this would help you to treat your health issues in the best way possible.
