How To Cure The Condition Of Tinnitus?

im a man, 46 of age. for 6mos now i have this sound that i heard in my head that cause me not to sleep. and it becomes worse even the day time i can hear sound in my head. i dont have any injury or any accident. except i used to travel every six months thru airplane.

It's really a disturbing problem. I have seen many patients. Unfortunately there is no specific treatment of tinnitus. Someone is lucky it may go away. Actually tinnitus is due to inner ear cell producing voice on its own without stimulus. It creates problem when you are in silent atmosphere like at night. When other voices are there to be heard it may not feel. You van be helped with cinnarizine or betahistine but not sure. Ya there are few face exercises for vertigo which might help you. For all these you need to consult otorhinologist-ENT surgeon.
