How To Cure Tenderness And Pain In Thigh Caused Due To Falling?
Hi, a month ago i fell down a sewage manhole outside my house when our house was flooding. I hit my right thigh really hard on a wastage pipe causing my leg to swell and become painfull.
I was pulled out and carryed on protecting my home. Early hours of the morning when all settled i looked at my thigh to see it swollen badly the size of my hand. Over the next week the bruising covered 4x the size of my hand maybe bigger.The movement did get better but now a month on and its still tender to touch and i woke today with my thigh aching. What do you sugest i should do?

You had injury over your right thigh area.
After that was immediate swelling and pain. So it might be a soft tissue injury or a fracture.
Now one month had passed & still there is pain , swelling & tender to touch.
So a x-ray hip with thigh is required whether a fracture is there or not.
