How To Cure Swollen Yellowish Leg?

I banged my knee on my car door at work in Chicago when it was 20 below zero. When I went inside there was a large knot below (not under my kneecap) it felt like I sock or between my pants and my leg. I could not bend my knee because it was so large. It decreased in size during the week bur it is still there and still painful. My leg below the knot is now slightly yellow and swollen and red discoloration has appeared lower on my leg.

Hi,

I have studied your case,

Due to blunt injury there can be hematoma collection .The bleeding that occurs result in hematoma collection. Over a period of time, as hematoma resolves it cause local skin symptoms around the hematoma.

Continue ice application, and thrombhophobe ointment may help.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.
