How To Cure Swollen Cheek And Black Eye After An Injury?
Hi, I had a minor fall on Wednesday night. I now have two black eyes from a bump over my left eye but more worrying I also hit my right cheek bone which remains swollen. Before I waste anyone s time, could I have a minor fracture of the cheekbone? Do I need to trouble A&E? Thank you.

In my opinion, yours is not a serious problem since the injury was minor and you had no other symptoms. The swelling and the black eyes are most likely caused by under skin blood and should improve within a few days.
