How To Cure Sore Throat, High Fever And Neck Pain?
My daughter has swollen lymph nodes, sore throat, high fever, neck pain. She gets this every month and is knocked down for 2 to 3 weeks at a time. She has been tested for strep neg results lyme disease neg results and mono neg results, She also is chronic fatigue. She is so sick and we have been to er doctors and no one finds anything. Shes been on steroids and powerful antibotics and is still sick..
Sore throat, high fever and neck pain seems because of infection leading to granular pharyngitis. It could be due to poor and compromised immunity of body. I would suggest you to do warm saline gargles on daily basis 3- 4 times a day. Eat probiotic food , banana and avoid eating spicy food . Take proper antibiotic course such as Levofloxacin for 5-7 days. Take anti-inflammatory drugs such as Sinarest as well. You should do tepid sponging to avoid high fever. Visit ENT specialist once and get complete examination done. Go for blood tests and sputum test as well and maintain proper oral hygiene. Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
