Sore throat, high fever and neck pain seems because of infection leading to granular pharyngitis. It could be due to poor and compromised immunity of body. I would suggest you to do warm saline gargles on daily basis 3- 4 times a day. Eat probiotic food , banana and avoid eating spicy food . Take proper antibiotic course such as Levofloxacin for 5-7 days. Take anti-inflammatory drugs such as Sinarest as well. You should do tepid sponging to avoid high fever. Visit ENT specialist once and get complete examination done. Go for blood tests and sputum test as well and maintain proper oral hygiene.
