How To Cure Soft Tissue Injury & Muscle Sprains?

My daughter was in a car wreck as a passenger on Friday evening. I had her checked out on Sunday at an urgent care clinic which showed no broken bones but basically soft tissue injury and muscle sprains from right shoulder to left hip, across the lap, left pelvis and left middle quadrant, all due to seat belt restraint. Right side facail swelling, both shoulders sprained and neck strain. She started passing dark urine (looks like old blood particals) last night and is continuing. What would this be?
