How To Cure Sharp Pain In Ankle And Cramps After Being Bit By Rattlesnake?

Think I was bit by a rattlesnake 3 days ago, (sharp pain in my ankle, 2 punchure wonds, & a snake was found & killed at the ranch I was at about 45 feet away from where I was walking around. My ankle did swell a bit, and my leg has been cramping but the bite area in no longer swolen and there is no pain. do I need to see a doctor or could this just be my lucky day?
