How To Cure Reddish Purple Lesions On The Inner Thigh?

I've had these reddish purple lesions on my inner thigh for the last few weeks. They aren't raised at all; if anything they are just a tad indented into the skin. There are about 10 of them, and they are all about the size of a very small bean. I have not had sex in about a year and a half so I don't think its an STD, and they don't seem like bug bites because they do not itch. I figured it was just chafing or something, but it hasn't gone away and its been a few weeks. Any thoughts?
