Hello i have a red nose , these little red dots came out of nowhere about 6 spread out on the tip of my nose, but they are not pimples and they do not hurt? What is this?

Hi this kind of eruptions are often seen after prolonged sun exposure, or sometimes after use of certain cosmetic or after a facial at a beauty saloon.
You can wait for a while , and try some soothing lotion like calendual + aloe vera
If they do not subside or increase , you can visit a dermatolgist.
