Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Rash in 2 years old may be due to mums or measles or viral fever or scabies or allergic rash.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. apply lactocalamine lotion. Continue antihistamine.

Please consult your paediatrician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
