hey doctor my grandmother have a partial collapse of the l2 vertebrates with altered marrow singnal intesity there is a dorsal lumbar spine. how much time she will need to recover from it ...... what are the preventive measures nd all the knowledge regarding it. please help me regarding it

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. It appears that there is partial collapse of T12 vertebrae.
2. At present, rest is essential with moderate physiotherapy. Mild exercises, with increased intake of calcium and vit D is necessary.
3. Thoracic spine support is necessary. Bone mineral density testing and treatment with biphosphonates is essential. Avoid further stress, and if any nerve compression, surgery is essential.
