I HAVE HAD A LUMP RISE ON THE BACK OF MY EARLOBE.IT IS VERY PAINFUL AND HAS WHITE SPOTS ON THE SKIN SURFACE.I RAN A FEVER FOR 2 DAYS.MY EAR LOBE IS SWOLLEN VERY LARGE AND I HAVE NOW GOTTEN HARD LUMPS IN MY NECK.COULD THIS BE A SEBACEOUS CYST?AND IF SO,WILL IT RUPTURE AND DRAIN ITSELF?

It seems from the history that you are having lumps behind the ear lobe and in neck.
This lumps indicate enlarged lymph nodes. This is seen in case of infection or inflammation in the drainage area.
The treatment is by using antiinflammatory drugs and treatment of the infection.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
