How To Cure Pain In Mid Back And Indigestion?

I have been having mid back pain when sleeping some times it aggravates in the morning the cramp like pain in rib cage in the back shooting upto neck and numbness in nose. Lot of indigestion problems after gall bladder surgery 8 year ago a post delivery complication. severe flatulence problem and undigested food in stools
