How To Cure Pain In Chest Caused By Coughing?

I was sick ealier this week, it hit me all at once an i had body aches i had headaches and my throat was sore. i Puked for that first night but then for the next few days it was jus my throat and head that hurt. Now I'm fine execpt for the constant cough accompanied by mucus, i spit it out but my chest is beginning to hurt from coughing so much. Is there anything i can do?

Take over the counter anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen that will help with the inflammation and pain that your respiratory muscles are experiencing. Treating the problem itself is more important at this point, and you will need a good cough suppressant regimen as well.
