Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
hi
The medicines prescribed may be continued for a period of 3 months to show effects, if it doesnt in 3 months, your doctor may consider infilteration of cortisone or hyaluronic acid locally into the joint and may like to add celeberex tabs or any NSAIDS.
As of now, I may suggest to add paracetamol tabs, physical tharapy, fomentation and continuance of jointace for 3 months if mild to moderate pain.
if pain severe celeberex can be added right now
regards
